Brian Lara scored 501 not out in 7 hr. 54 min., playing for Warwickshire against Durham at Edgbaston, England, in June 1994.

Highest cricket test innings

Brian Lara (Trinidad) scored 400 not out for West Indies v. England at the Antigua Recreation Ground, St.John, Antigua, on April 10-12, 2004. The innnings included four sixes and 43 fours, in a team total of 751-5.
